Step 3

Delivery

Phased delivery with clear milestones and transparent communication.

→We work in phases: design/architecture, build, test, launch.
→Regular status updates—weekly or as agreed.
→Structured handover: documentation, training, and support options.
→You stay in control. We don't disappear after launch.

Engagement model

Engagements are typically phased. We start with discovery to understand fit. If we proceed, we propose scope and investment. Delivery happens in clear phases—design, build, test, launch—with milestones you can plan around.

We don't do fixed-price for undefined scope. We scope first, then propose. For larger projects, we may suggest a discovery phase to define requirements before committing to a full build.
